The initial eye tests were carried out by Connie, who was friendly and informative. I was passed over to Tez, (sorry if I've read his name wrong!) the optometrist, who was brilliant and invesgative. Genuinely concerned about my symptoms. After my appointment I was passed to an assistant who wasn't completely clear on my next steps from my notes, so I let him know what the optometrist had recommended.

Holly at the Chichester branch is excellent and once again helped me quickly sort out the special non standard lenses I need for my glasses. She remembered my requirements from a previous visit at least a year ago and it was no trouble to her to help me select the right glasses. She is friendly and helpful and makes the process a lot less effort than it might otherwise be! Generally the other staff always seem friendly and helpful too.
